Andy is a professional land surveyor and a principal of Horizons Engineering. A native of northern New Hampshire, he has worked in the surveying and engineering industry since 1987 throughout northern New England and several other states. Will Davis
Will is a professional civil engineer and Regional Office Manager for the New London, NH office. Dexter LeFavour
Dexter is a Senior Project Manager that has been in the consulting engineering field since graduating from Tufts University in 1978. He has managed all aspects of projects ranging in size from single family homes to large urban infrastructure construction projects up to $50M in size. Dexter’s specialty is wastewater engineering including conventional technologies, advanced treatment for phosphorous removal or nitrogen control; biosolids processing and disposal, and effluent disposal. Gunnar is a licensed type (B) wastewater designer out of Horizons Engineering’s Newport, Vermont office. A native of central Vermont, he has worked throughout the state in the regulatory industry since 2001. He has extensive experience in soil assessments and permitting for on-site wastewater disposal for developers and homeowners alike. Jeff has 29 years of experience in the surveying field in New Hampshire and Vermont. Born and raised in northern Vermont, Jeff has worked on all aspects of land surveying common to northern New England, including field data acquisition, survey calculations, land records research, boundary and right-of-way retracement, client representation at planning board meetings, and CAD. He has worked on projects for private, municipal, federal and commercial clients. With more than twenty years of accounting and financial management experience, Sharon has been involved in a wide variety of business, governmental, and institutional finance roles.
Sharon has experience working for two prominent Manchester, NH banks including processing security sales and purchase of trust accounts. She became involved in real estate sales and development, working for a residential real estate development company in Laconia, a mall management company in Concord, and a commercial property management company in New London. In 2004, Sharon joined Horizons Engineering’s team where she is directly involved in the preparation of financial statements and operations budgets, tax reports, maintaining general ledger accounts, and working closely with project managers to assist in project stats for completion and invoicing. She works with various governmental funding programs including CDBG, Rural Development, State of NH SAG, SRF and ODD Fund.

Dawn is an Administrative Assistant in the Littleton Office at Horizons Engineering. Originally from RI, Dawn went to school for Travel, Tourism & Hospitality and worked in reservations, back end operations and accounting for a national tour bus operator for almost a decade. She moved to NH in 2005 and worked in customer service and marketing for a national mail order company until 2013. She spent the next two years as an entrepreneur, operating a retail store which closed earlier this year. Wanting to make a larger impact as part of a smaller organization, she chose Horizons as her new home and enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise while gaining new skills and proficiencies.
