Horizons Engineering, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary civil and environmental engineering, water resource, and land surveying firm headquartered in Littleton, New Hampshire. Since being founded in 2004, offices have been added in New London, Conway, Ossipee and Newmarket, New Hampshire, Newport and Sharon (formerly Pomfret), Vermont, and Saco (formerly Kennebunk), Maine. With a staff of over 70 civil engineers, geologists, land surveyors, field technicians, and support personnel we have the experience and capabilities to complete a wide variety of projects with in-house expertise. 

Our team of professionals has extensive experience with complex projects including planning, design, permitting, and construction services for wind power generation, ski and golf resort development. We are equally accomplished with academic and medical campus projects including campus planning, design, project management, and construction services. Being well-versed on federal, state, and local permitting processes, we build strong relationships with our clients, regulators, and communities. Horizons advocates for the best interests of each client, communicating clearly and effectively and developing creative, economical, and practical solutions to site challenges that are often unique to northern New England.
