Horizons has a long history of working with architects, design-build firms, and landowners on the development of individual home sites, large-scale lot creation through subdivision, condominiums, and multi-family housing.  Our licensed land surveyors have the experience to decipher postage stamp lakefront lot deeds, prepare boundary plans for large tracts, and to navigate the subdivision process.  Our engineers and environmental professionals have worked with many clients throughout northern New England to prepare site design plans with driveways, wastewater disposal systems, water supply systems, grading, and drainage conveyance, detention, and treatment practices suitable for the property.  We are comfortable working on sensitive waterfront property, rugged and remote terrain, or well-developed compact sites.  Our focus is on developing durable, cost-effective solutions to residential site development challenges that meet applicable permitting requirements and are sensitive to creating a built environment where the home owner will thrive.
