Horizons Engineering has expertise in planning, funding, designing and constructing water systems for municipalities, precincts, mobile home parks and homeowner associations.  Regardless of system size, it is often an aging infrastructure or changing regulations that require system upgrades or expansion.  Horizons is well versed in the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Drinking Water and Groundwater regulations regarding the siting of a new well or the design of system components such as transmission and distribution main, storage requirements and pump station design.  We typically assist our clients with project coordination from early planning stages through construction.
