This 14,500-square-foot store was constructed on a 3.8-acre parcel as a design-build project. The project was designed and approved to accommodate a 6,000-square-foot future addition to the store and a future 3,500-square-foot detached retail building.
As part of the design-build team, Horizons completed site design and permitting for the new store. Work included extensive earthwork for the building and future buildings, parking, access, utilities, drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, and offsite improvements to Bethlehem Road and Cottage Street. Part-time resident observation during construction was also provided.
