Description:The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid: Install approximately 3,080 feet of 3-inch diameter replacement water main distribution pipe and appurtenances, including 52 water service line connections throughout Mountainside Mobile Home Cooperative with connection to two (2) existing well pump house water sources. Additive Alternative Bid #1 [Water Main from Pump House 1 to 2] for an additional 629 linear feet of 3-inch diameter replacement water main distribution pipe and appurtenances. Alternative Bid #2 [Additional 1” Pavement for Total Depth 2”] to include an additional 1” pavement depth, for a total of 2”.
